Return & Refund Policy

At Ekakin Clothing, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The size is incorrect

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to decline return requests if the product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Send an email to hello@ekakin.co with:

    • Your order number

    • Product details

    • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the return process.

4. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product delivered

In such cases, Ekakin Clothing will arrange the return pickup or reimburse the shipping cost.

5. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A refund, or

  • A different product of equal value

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
